Coaching is a powerful tool that can be a game-changer for leaders, especially in demanding roles and rapidly-changing contexts. Regular coaching provides you with a sounding board that will broaden, stretch and challenge your thinking, as well as develop your leadership skills.

Strategic thinking coaching

Strategic thinking coaching helps leaders and executives to rise above the day-to-day clamour, intensity and pressure and do their best thinking. Coaching helps them find the breathing space they need to have deep insights, make important connections, and make impactful decisions that connect strategy to action.

Sessions are designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs. They can either build on the foundation of the thinking process learnt in one of my other programmes, or serve as a stand-alone development pathway for anyone wanting to improve their strategic thinking ability.

Leadership and executive coaching

Leaders in today’s world are dealing with unprecedented levels of demands, complexity, change and uncertainty… and we used to say that before 2020!

Leadership coaching with me has three focus areas, guided by your individual needs - Thrive, Think and Lead. Ultimately, they are all about delivery - you playing your best game. 

​

Leadership performance requires you to be at your best in terms of your personal capacity.  You can’t afford to be in survival mode. Coaching can help you to step back and assess your level of personal capacity and take action to build on it. Playing your best game as a leader also requires thinking clearly and creatively, deciding strategically, and executing your plans through others. Coaching can provide the sounding board you need to crystalise and achieve your vision through the people you lead.

Shifting through leadership transitions from one level to the next is a challenging, formative time. Unfortunately, many leaders are not prepared for the shift, then are left to sink or swim.  Coaching is a powerful tool that supports leaders as they figure out the changes they need to make to their perspective and priorities, and fast-tracks development of confidence for contributing in a new way.

What my coaching sessions involve

My style of one-on-one work is designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs.  I both coach and teach, and blend the two, in order to facilitate clarity where it is needed. Often it is you that holds the answers, and my role is to guide your reflections to help you crystalise them. Other times learning something new can spark a fresh perspective.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. An additional 15 minutes is built into the booking to allow you time to process what we have covered. Homework is set where it adds value, and email contact between sessions is included in packages. 

​

Before we start, we both sign an agreement outlining expectations from both sides on how we approach the sessions to ensure value and safety. Request the agreement here.

Packages

Coaching is available on a regular basis or as packages of three or six sessions. Coaching for new clients usually involves a minimum six-session commitment so as to allow enough time to gain momentum and maximise the value you gain from your investment.  

 

Packages can be tailored to suit you in terms of session frequency, however, 2-4 weekly is commonly the most effective depending on the intensity of the work you are engaged in and your needs.
