A powerful one-day workshop that gives senior and executive teams a common language for strategic thinking to elevate and focus their collective decision-making.

Overview

This workshop will get senior and executive teams on the same page about what strategic thinking is and provide them with a common language for making it happen.

The focus of the workshop is introducing a framework for thinking strategically about any strategy or business decision. The framework will provide the basis of a shared language that teams can take forward and use to shape their discussions, focus their decisions on what matters most, and achieve their desired impact.

The workshop will also provide the opportunity to reflect on the components of strategic thinking capability and what it means to be a strategic thinker both individually and as a team. 

 

Teams will leave the workshop positioned to continue their strategic conversations and feeling equipped and energised.
